You can create a wheel entirely from your own ideas or start from one of our curated designs.

What if I don't know how to design?

No design experience is required.

You can simply describe your preferences, share inspiration images, or tell us the general direction you like. We guide the process with you step by step until the design feels right.

Can the design be completely unique?

Yes.

Most traditional wheel customization starts from an existing template. Ours can start entirely from your own ideas.

Each wheel can be created specifically around your vision, while still meeting engineering and manufacturing standards.

Can I see how the wheels look on my car before production?

Yes.

Before production, you will receive vehicle renderings, multiple viewing angles, close-up details, and motion previews to review and confirm the final design.

Production only begins after your approval.

How long does it take from design to delivery?

Production typically takes around 2 weeks.

Shipping and customs clearance usually take approximately 4-6 weeks.

The total timeline is generally around 6-8 weeks.

How are shipping and duties handled?

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

This includes international shipping, customs clearance, and import duties.

No additional import fees will be required upon delivery in most cases.

How do you ensure the wheels fit my car?

You only need to provide basic vehicle information and a few photos.

All technical specifications - including bolt pattern, offset, center bore, and sizing - are verified and engineered by our team before production begins.

What if there is an issue?

We will review every case carefully and provide the best possible solution.

For manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will take responsibility, including repair or remanufacturing if necessary.
