All prices are for a set of four wheels.

Why are your custom wheels more reasonably priced?

Traditional custom wheels are expensive mainly because of design cost.

With AI-assisted design and forged CNC manufacturing, we can dramatically reduce design time while maintaining the same production standards.

This makes personalized forged wheels far more accessible than traditional fully custom programs.

What is the payment process?

AI Custom projects follow a simple two-stage payment process. A $100 refundable deposit begins professional Engineering Review. You may request a full refund at any time before placing your final custom wheel order. If you move forward, the full $100 is credited toward your purchase. Paying the deposit does not obligate you to place the final order. After you review and approve the final Engineering Proposal and quotation, you place the final custom wheel order and pay the remaining balance before production begins.

Is the $100 AI Custom deposit refundable?

Yes. The $100 AI Custom Project Deposit is fully refundable at any time before you place your final custom wheel order. If you decide to proceed, the full $100 is applied toward your wheel purchase. Paying the deposit does not obligate you to place the final order. Once the final custom wheel order is placed, JamesJack's standard custom-order terms apply.

Do you sell ready-made wheels or custom designs?

We focus primarily on fully custom forged wheels, while also offering a small selection of curated ready-made designs.

You can create a wheel entirely from your own ideas or start from one of our curated designs.

What if I don't know how to design?

No design experience is required.

You can simply describe your preferences, share inspiration images, or tell us the general direction you like. We guide the process with you step by step until the design feels right.

Can the design be completely unique?

Yes.

Most traditional wheel customization starts from an existing template. Ours can start entirely from your own ideas.

Each wheel can be created specifically around your vision, while still meeting engineering and manufacturing standards.

Can I see how the wheels look on my car before production?

Yes.

Before production, you will receive vehicle renderings, multiple viewing angles, close-up details, and motion previews to review and confirm the final design.

Production only begins after your approval.

How long does it take from design to delivery?

Production typically takes around 2 weeks.

Shipping and customs clearance usually take approximately 4-6 weeks.

The total timeline is generally around 6-8 weeks.

How are shipping and duties handled?

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

This includes international shipping, customs clearance, and import duties.

No additional import fees will be required upon delivery in most cases.

How do you ensure the wheels fit my car?

You only need to provide basic vehicle information and a few photos.

All technical specifications - including bolt pattern, offset, center bore, and sizing - are verified and engineered by our team before production begins.

What if there is an issue?

We will review every case carefully and provide the best possible solution.

For manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will take responsibility, including repair or remanufacturing if necessary.
