  • JamesJack may maintain copies of design history for operational purposes;
  • JamesJack may retain records of design sessions, prompts, and generated outputs as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Publication of content to the Gallery grants JamesJack the display and promotional rights described in Section 5.

9. Ready Designs

Ready Designs are pre-designed wheel products offered by JamesJack.

Product images, renderings, colors, finishes, and marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes.

Actual products may vary due to:

  • manufacturing processes;
  • lighting conditions;
  • screen settings;
  • finish variations;
  • production requirements.
  • Such differences do not constitute defects.

10. AI Custom Services

AI Custom services allow users to create personalized wheel concepts through AI-assisted tools.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated designs are conceptual in nature;
  • design outputs may evolve during engineering review;
  • manufacturability requirements may require modifications;
  • JamesJack may recommend adjustments before production.
  • JamesJack does not guarantee that every AI-generated design can be manufactured.
  • JamesJack reserves the right to decline production of any design that:
  • cannot be safely manufactured;
  • violates applicable law;
  • infringes third-party rights;
  • is technically impractical;
  • fails engineering review.

11. Bespoke Services

Bespoke services involve individualized design consultation and development.

Because Bespoke projects require substantial creative, engineering, and administrative resources:

  • design fees may be non-refundable;
  • consultation fees may be non-refundable;
  • deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Specific project terms may be provided separately.
  • If separate written project terms conflict with these Terms, the written project terms shall control for that project.

12. Signature Products

Signature products are limited-production or one-of-one designs.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

  • Signature products may be permanently retired after sale;
  • JamesJack may discontinue future production of a Signature design;
  • availability is not guaranteed.
  • Users acknowledge that uniqueness, exclusivity, and limited availability are core characteristics of Signature products.

13. Orders, Quotes, and Acceptance

Submission of an order, quote request, inquiry, or payment does not automatically create a binding obligation for JamesJack to manufacture or deliver a product.

JamesJack reserves the right to:

  • reject orders;
  • cancel transactions;
  • request additional information;
  • require fitment verification;
  • modify pricing due to errors;
  • decline projects that cannot be safely or reasonably completed.
  • A contract for production is formed only after acceptance by JamesJack.

14. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice.

JamesJack reserves the right to correct:

  • pricing errors;
  • product description errors;
  • specification errors;
  • technical errors.
  • Obvious pricing mistakes may be corrected even after publication.

15. Manufacturing and Product Variations

Wheel products are manufactured using industrial processes.

Users acknowledge that reasonable variations may occur, including:

  • color tone;
  • finish appearance;
  • machining marks;
  • coating characteristics;
  • material appearance;
  • production tolerances.
  • Minor variations do not constitute defects.
  • Product photographs, renderings, and visualizations are intended as representations and are not guarantees of exact appearance.

16. Fitment Responsibility

JamesJack may provide fitment recommendations based upon information supplied by users.

Users remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

  • vehicle information;
  • dimensions;
  • modifications;
  • brake specifications;
  • suspension specifications;
  • tire specifications.
  • Improper or inaccurate information supplied by users may result in fitment issues.
  • JamesJack is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by users.
  • Users should verify fitment before installation and use.

17. Refunds, Deposits, Cancellations, and Fitment Issues

Because many JamesJack products are manufactured to customer specifications, cancellation, refund, and fitment policies vary depending on the type of product or service and the stage of the project.

17.1 Ready Designs Orders

Ready Designs products are manufactured based on customer vehicle specifications and are generally considered custom-manufactured products.

After an order is placed, JamesJack will contact the customer to verify vehicle specifications, fitment requirements, and other relevant information.

Prior to issuance of a final Order Confirmation by JamesJack, customers may request cancellation of the order and receive a refund.

Once JamesJack issues a final Order Confirmation and the customer confirms the specifications, the order enters the production queue as a custom-manufactured product.

After Order Confirmation, cancellation and refund requests may be denied except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by JamesJack.

17.2 AI Custom Projects

AI Custom projects may involve AI-assisted design, professional engineering review, feasibility evaluation, fitment verification, 3D modeling, rendering development, project planning, and related services.

  • $100 Refundable Project Deposit
  • A customer may pay a $100 AI Custom Project Deposit to begin professional Engineering Review.
  • The deposit allows JamesJack to evaluate the project’s vehicle fitment, manufacturing feasibility, structural requirements, production details, and any refinements that may be necessary.
  • Payment of the $100 deposit does not require the customer to place a final custom wheel order.
  • The customer may request a full refund of the $100 deposit at any time before placing the final custom wheel order.
  • If the customer decides to proceed, the full $100 deposit will be credited toward the final custom wheel order.
  • Engineering Proposal and Customer Decision
  • After Engineering Review, JamesJack may provide the customer with:
  • recommended design or engineering refinements;
  • final wheel specifications;
  • fitment and manufacturing information;
  • production renderings or other approval materials;
  • and a final quotation.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing the Engineering Proposal, final specifications, quotation, and production approval materials before deciding whether to proceed.
  • If the customer chooses not to proceed before placing the final custom wheel order, the customer may request a full refund of the $100 deposit.
  • Final Custom Wheel Order
  • If the customer approves the final Engineering Proposal and quotation and decides to proceed, the customer may place the final custom wheel order and pay the remaining balance.
  • Once the final custom wheel order is placed:
  • the $100 deposit will be applied toward the purchase;
  • the order will be considered approved for manufacturing;
  • and the order will become non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where JamesJack is responsible for a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fitment error as described in these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy.
  • Production Variations
  • Customers acknowledge that final manufactured products may differ from renderings, visualizations, mockups, or AI-generated images due to engineering requirements, manufacturing constraints, material properties, safety considerations, durability requirements, fitment requirements, and production processes.
  • JamesJack will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the final manufactured product remains substantially consistent with the approved production design.

17.3 Bespoke Projects

Bespoke projects involve individualized design consultation and development.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • consultation fees are non-refundable;
  • design fees are non-refundable;
  • project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Project-specific agreements may establish additional terms.

17.4 Signature Products

Signature products are exclusive, limited-production, or one-of-one products.

Due to their unique nature and limited availability, Signature orders may be treated as final once accepted and approved by JamesJack.

Cancellation and refund requests may be denied after project approval, deposit payment, or production preparation.

17.5 Customer Responsibility for Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current vehicle information.

Customers must disclose all information that may affect fitment, including but not limited to:

  • vehicle make;
  • model;
  • year;
  • trim level;
  • brake specifications;
  • suspension modifications;
  • body modifications;
  • aftermarket components;
  • wheel and tire modifications;
  • any other relevant modifications.
  • JamesJack shall not be responsible for fitment issues resulting from:
  • inaccurate information;
  • incomplete information;
  • undisclosed modifications;
  • aftermarket components not disclosed to JamesJack;
  • installation errors;
  • use outside approved specifications.
  • In such cases, refunds, replacements, remanufacturing, or other remedies are not required.

17.6 Fitment Issues Caused by JamesJack

If a fitment issue results solely from an error made by JamesJack after receiving complete and accurate vehicle information from the customer, JamesJack will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution.

Such resolution may include:

  • correction of specifications;
  • replacement components;
  • remanufacture of affected products;
  • refund;
  • or another commercially reasonable remedy.
  • The specific remedy shall be determined by JamesJack based upon the circumstances of the project.

17.7 Product Representation, Visualizations, and Production Variations

Renderings, visualizations, AI-generated images, previews, mockups, photographs, and other visual materials are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products may vary from visual representations due to:

  • manufacturing processes;
  • engineering requirements;
  • structural requirements;
  • material characteristics;
  • finish application methods;
  • lighting conditions;
  • photography conditions;
  • display settings;
  • production tolerances;
  • other factors beyond JamesJack's reasonable control.
  • Such differences do not automatically constitute defects.
  • JamesJack reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to designs as necessary to satisfy engineering, safety, manufacturability, durability, fitment, or production requirements.
  • If engineering review requires a material change that substantially alters the approved design concept, JamesJack will make reasonable efforts to obtain customer approval before production.
  • Minor design refinements, engineering adjustments, production modifications, or manufacturing variations shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

17.8 Inspection and Notice Requirements

Customers should inspect products promptly upon receipt and before installation whenever reasonably possible.

Any alleged fitment issue, manufacturing issue, or material discrepancy should be reported to JamesJack as soon as reasonably possible.

JamesJack may request photographs, measurements, installation documentation, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may limit JamesJack's ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

18. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, AI FEATURES, DESIGNS, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

  • SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JAMESJACK LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, technology providers, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

22. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • violate applicable laws;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;

In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, products, or transactions with JamesJack, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Users agree to contact JamesJack and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute before initiating formal proceedings.

25. Arbitration Agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, products, or transactions with JamesJack shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually acceptable arbitration provider in accordance with its applicable rules.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.

Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief or enforcing intellectual property rights in a court of competent jurisdiction.

26. Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity.

Users agree not to participate as:

  • a class representative;
  • a class member;
  • a private attorney general;
  • a representative plaintiff;
  • in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against JamesJack.
  • If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable, then only the affected portion shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any matter not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located within California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

29. No Waiver
