I have named this the Cybernetic series, and this specific five-spoke layout is all about balance and structural presence. The core of the design is the massive, slab-like five-spoke architecture. These are not your typical thin spokes; they are wide and purposeful, designed to complement the bold, geometric body lines of modern EV designs. By keeping the face relatively flat and pushing the detail to the recessed windows near the rim, the wheel achieves a very heavy, planted look. This helps ground the vehicle, especially when the car features such a tall and aggressive silhouette. For the finish, I went with a deep gunmetal matte. This choice was deliberate for night environments. Rather than reflecting light like a mirror, the matte surface catches the neon glow of the surroundings—vivid blues and purples—and diffuses it across the spokes. It gives the wheels an almost bioluminescent quality in the rain. The center cap is designed with a minimal, tech-forward logo that completes the industrial aesthetic without being overly busy. One of my favorite details is the transition from the spokes to the barrel. There is a subtle stepped lip that adds just enough depth to catch shadows, providing a sense of dimension that you might miss at first glance. This setup completely transforms the stance, making the car look wider and more capable. It moves away from the efficiency-first look of many stock wheels and leans heavily into a street-performance identity. I am really interested to hear what the community thinks about this direction, specifically how the chunky spoke design interacts with the sharp lighting of the vehicle. It is a study in contrasting textures and shapes that I think works well for this specific build.
